Position Overview & Priorities

As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product marketing strategy. You will work closely with the founders to align our go-to-market strategies, drive key product initiatives, and lead the PMM function from strategy to execution.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Sr PMM to drive sustainable growth through both PLG and SLG motions. This role will be responsible for scaling our successful

inbound motion while identifying new opportunities for growth and solidifying our market positioning in the communications infrastructure space.


Primary Objectives

● Drive and scale self-serve Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

● Generate and optimize qualified pipeline for the sales team

● Own product positioning and website narrative

This high-impact role is essential to scaling our product reach and deepening our market position.


Primary responsibility would be:

1. Strategic Market & Customer Insights:

  • Drive a strategic “outside-in” approach to understanding the market, identifying industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges.
  • Conduct customer and buyer persona research through data-driven methods, blending qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Collaborate with the founders to develop and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and competitive positioning in the marketplace.

2. Product Positioning & Messaging:

  • Define and own product positioning and messaging to clearly articulate the Company’s value to buyer and user personas.
  • Map the customer journey from awareness to purchase, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
  • Create and optimize website pages and other digital assets to improve inbound conversion rates, focusing on high-impact messaging for specific buyer segments.
  • Build and refine processes for efficient PMM operations, including campaign tracking, feedback loops, and continuous improvement practices

3. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution:

  • Take ownership of product launches, setting clear objectives, and aligning cross-functional teams around success metrics such as revenue, pipeline, and feature adoption.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans materials such as white papers, explainer videos, customer testimonials, email nurture campaigns, and sales enablement kits.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives for messaging across channels (landing pages, emails, ads) to optimize conversion rates and drive higher engagement throughout the customer journey.

Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities

  • SaaS Product Marketing Experience: 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, with demonstrated success in building and executing go-to-market strategies. Ability to translate market insights and business priorities into effective product marketing strategies and executing them across teams.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and challenges, with a talent for translating complex product capabilities into meaningful and relatable messaging for target audiences.
  • Storytelling: A strong storyteller with experience developing content across various formats, including blogs, webinars, videos, case studies, and sales presentations.
  • Startup Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a flexible, proactive approach to solving challenges.
  • Experience working with or marketing developer-focused products such as APIs, SDKs, or other dev tools is a strong plus.
