What we mean by AI-native

AI-native here means you build with agents by default. We expect 100% of the code to be generated via agentic tools (Cursor, Claude Code, and similar), while you own everything that actually matters: problem framing, architecture, tradeoffs, review quality, tests, performance, and security. This is not “vibe coding.” The code is generated. The thinking is yours. You should be great at steering agents, validating output, catching subtle issues early, and debugging code you did not manually write.

You will work in a team that ships fast with agents, where your leverage comes from judgment and systems thinking rather than typing speed. Work Location

Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities

• Proven experience in React Native development, with a deep understanding of core principles and related libraries
• Leverage AI-native development workflows, including agentic IDEs and coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality, security, and engineering standards.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript ES6+ and React.js concepts.
• Experience with state management patterns and solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Familiarity with modern mobile build pipelines and tools such as Gradle, XCode, and Git.
• Hands-on experience with native Android or iOS development (Kotlin/Java or Swift/Objective C) is mandatory, including ability to read and debug native code and work on bridging/native module integrations with React Native.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles, specifically for mobile devices.
• Proficiency in using the React Native CLI for developing mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Good to have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Prior experience working with Expo or similar React Native build tools.
• Familiarity with Hermes for improving runtime performance.
• Experience in writing robust unit tests and test cases.
• A portfolio of mobile UI/UX design work.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and real-time technologies (e.g., WebSockets).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
